While Soldcrazy helps facilitating transactions that are carried out on the Soldcrazy Marketplace, Soldcrazy is neither the buyer nor the seller of the seller's items, and Soldcrazy only provides a venue for sellers and buyers to negotiate and complete transactions. Accordingly, the contract formed for the buyer to purchase the seller’s items or products is solely between buyer and seller, Soldcrazy is not a party to this contract and does not in any situation assume any responsibility arising out of or in connection with it. Soldcrazy is not the seller's agent. The seller is responsible for the sale of the products and for dealing with any buyer claims or any other issue arising out of or in connection with the contract between the buyer and seller. In order to provide more comfort and better buying experience for the buyer, Soldcrazy provides the Soldcrazy Atoz guarantee on conditions. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by soldcrazy.com 7 days after confirmation of Receipt for a full refund.

Print the pre-paid return label for your item is most importance. Without this label, we won’t be able to process the return.

Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased between November 1, 2015 - December 25, 2015 can be returned on:

January 10, 2016 for items with a 15 day return policy

If your refund request is result from an Soldcrazy error, we will refund the shipping fees and a full refund to your payment account in the unworn condition as it was received in the original manufacturer's packaging.

Replacements for a different size
